Shape a Leading Retail Brand as they expand their offering Across Europe!
Are you a seasoned marketing pro who thrives in a dynamic, pan-European environment? Our client a rapidly expanding brand, are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to champion brand building, marcoms and media strategy across the EMEA region.
You'll be responsible for:
- Driving impactful consumer campaigns: Develop and execute engaging marketing initiatives to reach target audiences across Europe.
- Leading a cross-functional team: Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Product, Content & Design, and Distribution & Content Partners to ensure seamless marketing execution.
- Owning brand messaging: Develop and manage all communication channels, fostering brand awareness and positive brand sentiment throughout the region.
- Ensuring successful launches: Oversee the timely go-live of packaging, marketing collateral, and campaigns across EMEA territories.
- 10+ years of experience: Proven track record in a similar role within FMCG, Retail, or a related industry.
- Exceptional communication skills: Masterful written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively lead and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Project management expertise: Adept at juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a meticulous eye for detail.
- Collaborative teamwork: Build strong relationships across internal and external teams, fostering a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- E-commerce experience: Understanding of online retail marketing strategies is a plus.
- Fluency in additional European languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.
