Alternatives are delighted to be working with one of Irelands leading digital marketing agencies to hire a Marketing Manager. This is a contract part time role of 2/3 days per week and lasting 12 – 14 months.
We are looking for someone with experience in growing out a brand both in Ireland and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team including CRM, Paid Social, and Paid Search to execute the marketing strategy.
Report on inbound lead generation and marketing performance
Create and implement a strategic content marketing plan including case studies, blogs, social media content, guest posts, and webinars.
Ensure content is engaging and aligning with business objectives.
Project manage the content pipeline from conception to completion.
Coordinate with existing media partners to identify cross-publishing opportunities.
Review insights from paid social, paid search, and CRM.
Lead strategy adjustments as necessary based on data and insights.
Work with CRM, Paid Social, and PPC teams to promote webinars to maximise sign-ups and attendees.
Design and execute content repurposing plans to effectively leverage all thought leadership content appropriately across multiple channels.
Work with our marketing partners to ensure we maximize the value of the relationship.
Identify new partners to help amplify our content in key geographies.
Experience:
Previously worked in a marketing leadership role
Proven experience in content marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Very strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience in B2B marketing and storytelling.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
