Alternatives are delighted to be working with a well known construction consultancy to recruit a Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager you will take responsibility for both traditional and digital marketing activities during their current growth period. The successful manager will also lead on social media activities and take the lead in modernizing bids and tender material.  

This role is based onsite in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14,with some flexibility for remote working from time to time. Full parking is provided. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with c suite managers to aid in business development, brand building and creation of marketing campaigns 
• Manage all aspects of the brand and corporate identity 
• Manage all content creation across digital and traditional platforms 
• Management and development of websites and social media accounts 
• Work closely with teams to collate marketing material for content, videos and analytics 
• Support the broader development of our client database;
• Conduct research and stay on top of industry and competitor trends 


Essential Criteria

• 5+ years relevant experience in a Marketing or Communications role;
• Qualification in Marketing/Business or similar;
• Initiative and drive to create new marketing opportunities;
• Excellent communicator, strong writing skills;
• Strong creative skills/knowledge of design/layout software;
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise essential;
• Proven ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable

• Experience compiling presentations/company brochures;
• Graphic Design exposure to update and maintain marketing materials would be advantageous;
• Knowledge of the construction market is advantageous but not essential.
