A Digital Marketing Manager is required to join an established marketing team with the ability to drive visibility and engagement online through effective digital marketing strategy.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, this role will oversee and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online channels. You will have a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and the ability to drive results through data driven decisions.

What you will do:
Plan, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
Manage and optimise end to end campaigns, analysing trends and tracking results
Writing engaging copy for adverts and proofreading
Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
Stakeholder management with the ability to present data and reports to a range of audiences.
Efficiently manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms.
P&L responsibility for all PPC accounts.
Develop and execute a centralised digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective digital marketing initiatives.
Develop and oversee content strategy to ensure it aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.
Analyse data and metrics to gain insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize future campaigns.
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Oversee the implementation and integration of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ensure that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the brand identity and messaging.
What you need to do the role:
5 years similar digital marketing experience in a commercial environment
Demonstrable experience owning and managing paid media, websites, SEO, and social media channels
Experience with digital advertising platforms
Proficient in website analytics tools and CMS systems like WordPress
Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving measurable ROI
Successful track record of developing and executing effective marketing campaigns
