We're searching for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join a cutting-edge brand. You will lead the voice behind our channels, crafting engaging stories and driving a team to turn followers into brand advocates.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in the city centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy and Creation: Lead the development and creation of content (text, audio, video, images) to showcase the brand's mission and create traction across major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategy.
  • Brand Management: Develop and maintain an engaging and consistent voice for the brand, ensuring alignment with industry trends and company goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and oversee engaging campaigns to increase traffic, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of social media executives and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • A visionary storyteller who isn’t afraid to push the boundaries, creating engaging copy and clear, compelling messages suitable for different platforms.
  • Experienced in planning and executing award-winning social media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience:

  • Proven experience managing dynamic social media accounts and leading a team, especially on major platforms.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field.
  • Experience with analytics tools, content management systems, and SEO.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to develop engaging, innovative content and successful campaigns.
  • Experience in video production, digital marketing, and SEO is a bonus.
