Global Head of Consumer Insights
Alternatives is delighted to partner with an Irish FMCG brand, involved in the export of Irish food products, to recruit a Global Head of Consumer Insights.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Consumer Insights professional to join an internationally recognised portfolio of Irish food brands, championing the sale of excellent Irish produce across the globe.
The company offers a very flexible working policy, including flexible hours and a hybrid (or remote) working model from their Dublin headquarters.
Your Role as Head of Consumer Insights:
Using consumer insight data to drive the growth of iconic Irish brands across the world
Use your experience and insight to understand consumer behaviours, attitudes, and purchasing trends to develop smart sales strategies
Become a translator for the insights team, delivering your findings through reports and presentations to business units and senior leadership to help develop understanding and drive change
Use your experience with Insights tools and technology to develop a best-practice model for your team and make Insights data accessible across the business

This is an opportunity to shine creatively, and as a leader. You’ll work with a small, capable team, and work closely with the senior management.
Key Skills and Experience Needed for the Role:
10+ years working in FMCG Marketing with a focus on consumer insights, market research, and strategy
Experience leading and developing a team to perform at their best
Ability to work with senior leadership, and the confidence to influence and advise them
Be passionate about championing Irish brands in the international agri-food market, and a willingness to travel
Have excellent communication ability through spoken, written, and presentation mediums
This role is being offered on an initial 3-month Interim basis.
