You’ll lead the optimisation of our martech stack - primarily HubSpot, WordPress, and associated analytics tools to deliver seamless, intelligent user experiences for thousands of professional members. This is not a traditional marketing role. While you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and membership colleagues, your expertise in platforms, automation, data, and UX will drive performance and engagement across the board. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise our marketing technology ecosystem, with a focus on advanced HubSpot configuration, automation, onboarding workflows, segmentation, and analytics.
