Customer Marketing Team Lead
We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Team Lead to drive high-impact, insight-led campaigns for a major consumer-facing brand. If you’re a creative, data-savvy marketer who loves turning customer insight into standout work, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multi-channel advertising and sponsorship campaigns.
- Champion the customer voice and shape messaging across channels.
- Use data and research to guide decisions and develop strong customer insights.
- Translate brand objectives into clear creative briefs.
- Manage external creative agencies and ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Track performance, manage budgets and demonstrate ROI.
- Oversee customer feedback/NPS and create actionable recommendations.
- 4+ years in customer, brand or campaign marketing.
- Proven experience delivering successful ATL and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical, insight and communication skills.
- Confident stakeholder and agency manager.
- Marketing or related qualification preferred.
