Marketing Manager
Location: Dublin / Wexford - onsite

An expanding Irish SME operating in the interiors / construction space is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead its next phase of growth.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy and execution across retail, wholesale, and direct commercial B2B channels, while managing and developing a small in-house team.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and will play a key role in strengthening brand positioning, supporting sales growth, and enhancing customer engagement across multiple audiences.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Managing Direct, the Marketing Manager will:
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans
  • Lead retail marketing initiatives to drive footfall, showroom engagement and brand visibility
  • Support wholesale partner marketing programmes and trade communications
  • Deliver targeted B2B campaigns to commercial clients including developers, architects and contractors
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all channels
  • Oversee digital marketing including website optimisation, paid campaigns, email and social
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Develop marketing materials to support the sales function
  • Manage agency partners and external suppliers where required
  • Track performance metrics, ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor and grow a small marketing team

The Person
This role will suit a commercially astute marketing professional who thrives in a scaling SME environment and enjoys both strategy and execution.

You will bring:
  • 5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within retail, construction, interiors, manufacturing or distribution
  • Proven experience across both B2C and B2B marketing channels
  • Experience leading and developing a small team
  • Strong digital marketing capability and data-led decision making
  • Experience supporting trade/wholesale marketing initiatives
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align marketing to revenue growth
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a multi-channel retail and trade environment would be highly advantageous.
