Membership Manager
Our client, a leading professional membership organisation, is seeking a Membership Manager to drive growth, engagement, and value across their national member community. This hybrid role reports to the CEO, with two days a week onsite.
The Role
You will manage the full membership lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, retention, and ongoing engagement — with a particular focus on developing and growing corporate memberships. You will shape the membership proposition, ensure an excellent member experience, and work closely with internal teams to deliver meaningful benefits, events, and content.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimise the membership strategy and value proposition.

Lead membership growth across individual and corporate accounts.

Review and enhance onboarding and ongoing member care.

Build strong member relationships and act as an ambassador at events.

Manage membership data and reporting (HubSpot), providing insights and improvement recommendations.

Collaborate with marketing, events, and education teams to maximise member value.
About You

5 years’ plus experience in membership management, customer engagement, or marketing.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Organised, analytical, and confident managing CRM systems and KPIs.

Passionate about community building and professional development.

Proactive, collaborative, and member-focused.
