Eimear Walsh

Managing Partner

I have been in the world of recruitment for almost 16 years. I graduated with a BA from UCD and followed this with a Masters from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. After a year out travelling the world I planned to pursue a career in marketing. However, I registered with a recruitment company and ended up taking a role with them as a recruiter for the marketing industry instead. I have never looked back- I love it!

I began my career recruiting across the Retail, Sales and Marketing arena and quickly progressed through the ranks into a leadership role. I have worked across a range of industries and have led teams recruiting for national and international clients across a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Legal, HR, Technology, Sales and Marketing.

I am hugely passionate about great talent and guiding people in their careers. I am also passionate about the recruitment business, partnering professionally with key clients and supporting them to achieve organisational success by finding the best talent for their team. I am committed to working with the best recruitment technologies and processes, to provide an efficient and effective service to both clients and candidates, while raising industry standards.

Over the course of my career, I have developed strong relationships with clients and candidates and hope that I have added true value to their careers and businesses.  I am delighted to be bringing my experience and knowledge to the team in Alternatives.
