Job description

Our client, a leading Irish organisation, is seeking a commercial customer-focused Proposition & Retention Manager to lead their base management strategy, driving growth, loyalty, and revenue across their mobile customer base.

This is a 12 month contract, based in Dublin 1 (Hybrid role 2 days onsite).


Joining a rapidly expanding marketing team, the successful candidate will - 
  • Lead retention, loyalty, and upsell campaigns
  • Develop offers to reduce churn and re-engage inactive customers
  • Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Data, and Sales teams to deliver results
  • Analyse performance and optimise pricing, retention, and the in-life customer journey
  • Act as the customer’s voice in shaping propositions
The ideal candidate will have 
  • 5 years’ experience in product, proposition, or commercial management (telecoms/mobile preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and base management expertise
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
