B2B Marketing Manager
Job description
Our client, a global leader in professional services, is seeking a strategic and creative marketing professional to join their high-performing marketing team - as a Marketing Manager. This is a maternity cover role, ideal for an experienced campaign and brand specialist with a strong track record in end-to-end marketing delivery.
The Role:
You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated, client-centric marketing campaigns that support the growth agenda for the firm. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role requires someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and confident navigating a fast-paced, complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
	Develop and lead the strategic marketing plan 
- 
	Create and deliver engaging campaigns, leveraging local and global thought leadership. 
- 
	Manage multiple high-priority projects, ensuring excellent execution. 
- 
	Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Communications and Business Development. 
- 
	Deliver clear reporting and insights to leadership, demonstrating marketing impact. 
- 
	Ensure a consistent and high-quality brand experience across all initiatives. 
The Ideal Candidate:
- 
	6+ years’ experience in marketing, campaigns or brand management. 
- 
	Strong project and stakeholder management skills. 
- 
	Excellent communication and influencing ability, with experience engaging senior leadership. 
- 
	Agile and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
- 
	Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
