Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will take ownership of developing and implementing East Coast Credit Union’s marketing strategy. This role will involve managing all marketing activity across digital and traditional channels, supporting member communications, and ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, social, in-branch, print).
- Manage the Credit Union’s online presence, including website content, email communications, and social media.
- Develop clear, professional, and engaging content to support member education, product promotion, and community engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers (designers, printers, media agencies) to deliver high-quality, on-brand outputs.
- Track and report on marketing performance, using data to inform future campaigns.
- Represent the Credit Union’s values and community ethos in all marketing efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within financial services, credit unions, or member-based organisations.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results to deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on capability and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CMS, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
