Events Manager – In house Corporate – Hybrid role based in Dublin 2.


Our client, a leading global corporate organisation is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning and delivery of a high-impact events programme that elevates brand visibility and strengthens client and stakeholder engagement.

This is a key role for an experienced events professional who combines creativity with commercial acumen, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will have a range of experience in the corporate events industry, strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of corporate and industry-specific events
  • Own a centralised events calendar aligned to business and commercial objectives
  • Ensure brand consistency and exceptional quality across all events
  • Manage all logistics, supplier relationships and contract negotiations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure events support strategic business goals
  • Build, lead and mentor a high-performing events team
  • Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring maximum value and ROI
  • Set and track KPIs, using insights to continuously improve impact and performance

About You
  • Proven experience managing large-scale B2B or corporate events, in-house or agency-side
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Skilled in budgeting, logistics, vendor management and negotiations
  • Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and project management skills
  • Comfortable working at pace, juggling priorities and delivering results
