Alternatives is partnering with a global brand currently undergoing a significant period of transformation and growth. We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the Irish marketing function.
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is a high-impact role for a commercially focused and ambitious marketing professional who is ready to step into a leadership position. Following a shift to a global shared services model, this role will act as the local marketing lead, ensuring the Irish market is fully supported with tailored, high-performing campaigns and brand assets across both B2B and B2C channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated campaigns, managing digital performance activity, and working closely with international colleagues and agency partners to support growth and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local marketing strategy to support growth and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business goals.
- Coordinate with EMEA and global marketing teams to manage paid media, including search, display, and social advertising.
- Manage agency relationships for SEO, content creation, and performance marketing.
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to inform optimisation and future planning.
- Maintain and develop a suite of marketing assets and messaging aligned with global brand standards.
- Support product launches, local promotions, and targeted campaigns for both commercial and consumer markets.
- Oversee CRM activity and lead generation performance across digital platforms.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in a marketing or integrated marketing lead / manager role.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, lead generation, and performance metrics.
- Experience managing PPC and SEO campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Business Manager.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, and other digital tracking platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Experience managing external agencies and freelance partners.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
