A Digital Content Specialist is required to ensure the business vertical's marketing strategy is supported by an effective customer-facing content marketing strategy and a content asset library that impacts the stages in the marketing funnels. This position is a 12-month fixed term contract that can be worked hybrid from either Cork or Dublin.
What you will do:

  • Developing a social media content marketing strategy and leading the activation of that strategy, working within various social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc.) and across digital channels (website, email, display advertising) to enhance the visibility of the Firm and its specialists;

  • Lead the planning and development of large-scale insight-led digital campaigns, defining key campaign objectives

  • A strong knowledge of key digital platforms, including but not exclusive to Facebook Network, Programmatic Display, YouTube, TiKTok and Twitter

  • Leverage sponsorship opportunities online to drive positive brand association

  • Understanding of tracking, measurement, pixel implementation and attribution. Ability to set KPIs to measure the success of digital campaigns and analyse the results of all campaigns and translate data into improvements

  • Will develop and execute an annual Social Media Strategy which will build brand memorability online and identify growth opportunities.

  • Implementation of the organic social calendar across all channels, including scheduling and manual posting as and when required. Ensure organic alignment with paid strategy

  • Educate and develop c-suite, building profiles of key business development Managers, specifically on LinkedIn channel

  • Work with the greater Marketing team, ensuring timely alignment of social activity across all workstreams.

  • Ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns at once across different platforms

  • Deep industry knowledge of the digital landscape and an experience in strategic planning


What is needed to do the job?

  • A strong knowledge of key digital platforms, including but not exclusive to Facebook Network, Programmatic Display, YouTube, TiKTok and Twitter

  • Proven understanding of tracking, measurement, pixel implementation and attribution. Ability to set KPIs to measure the success of digital campaigns and analyse the results of all campaigns and translate data into improvements

  • Production experience, leading full shoots and managing them through to publication is an advantage but not essential
