Our client, an established Irish ecommerce business with a strong presence in Ireland and the US, is seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Manager to join their team in Dublin City. As this company continues to scale, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the business while working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and innovation.

As the Ecommerce & Digital Manager, you will take ownership of the company’s online revenue performance, leading ecommerce optimisation and growth strategy across multiple channels. This role combines commercial strategy with hands-on digital execution and team leadership, making it ideal for a results-driven marketer who enjoys working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.


Core duties of the Ecommerce & Digital Manager will include:
  • Leading the overall ecommerce and digital growth strategy, identifying opportunities to scale online revenue across Ireland and international markets
  • Taking ownership of the company’s ecommerce platforms, continuously improving the online customer journey to maximise engagement and conversion
  • Managing relationships with external digital partners and agencies, ensuring campaigns across channels such as email and affiliate deliver strong commercial results
  • Overseeing and developing the organic social media presence, while supporting and mentoring an in-house Social Media Executive
  • Ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all digital touchpoints, working closely with creative and marketing teams
  • Using data and analytics to evaluate digital performance, uncover insights, and inform optimisation strategies
  • Partnering with internal teams across product, operations, and marketing to ensure campaigns and promotions align with inventory, launches, and customer experience goals
  • Driving ongoing testing and optimisation initiatives across digital campaigns and the ecommerce journey to improve performance and conversion rates – A/B testing, CRO, and customer journey analysis


Skills and experience you will need for the Ecommerce & Digital Manager role:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role, ideally within a B2C product-led business
  • Proven track record of driving online revenue growth through ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives
  • Essential: Strong proficiency in GA4 (or similar analytics tools) and advanced Excel skills for reporting and performance analysis
  • Experience managing external agencies (email, affiliate marketing)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including email, affiliates, SEO, PPC, and social media
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and passion for performance marketing and ecommerce innovation
  • Shopify experience is highly advantageous
