Working closely with the Marketing Manager, fellow designers, and the wider marketing team, this is a hands-on, collaborative role with real variety. No two days look the same, and your work will be seen across multiple markets and channels. And with offices across Dublin, the UK, Europe, China, and Australia, your ideas won’t just stay local - they’ll travel globally!

Core duties of the Graphic Designer will include:
- Creating original visual concepts and artwork for both digital and print channels
- Interpreting briefs and turning ideas into strong, well-executed design solutions from start to finish
- Producing creative assets across multiple formats, including packaging, brochures, POS, sales tools, websites, and social platforms
- Building campaign creative that translates effectively across a variety of channels and outputs
- Designing visuals for exhibitions, large-format displays, and promotional signage
- Developing compelling creative to support new product launches
- Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs connect with the right audiences
- Coordinating and directing product photography to ensure a consistent brand look and feel
- Protecting and enhancing brand identity across all creative outputs
- Working with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality results
- Designing clear, visually engaging layouts for technical and data-heavy content
- Bringing fresh ideas that help elevate and grow brands in international markets
Skills and experience you will need for the Graphic Designer role:
- 2–3 years’ experience in a Graphic Design job, ideally within an in-house team or agency environment
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD for web and wireframing
- Experience designing for digital and social platforms, including basic motion graphics, video, or animation (3D product rendering considered an advantage)
- Experience producing large-scale graphics such as banners, exhibition displays, and signage
- Background in technical information design, with the ability to present complex product or data content clearly across print and digital formats
