A leading global professional body is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Relationship Manager to join its team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a partnership development management professional with a passion for education and building meaningful, long-term relationships.
Dublin 1 - Hybrid 2 days office based
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will:

Support the development and execution of strategic engagement plans with key education partners, including universities, training boards, and accredited learning providers.

Identify new opportunities to grow the organisation’s presence and impact within the education sector, ensuring strong value propositions for all stakeholders.

Assess and target potential partners based on strategic criteria and growth potential.

Collaborate with internal teams to implement business development activities and achieve partnership goals.

Build and maintain multi-level relationships with education partners, fostering collaboration and delivering on shared objectives.

Champion global programmes and initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective implementation across education partners.

Promote the organisation’s professional qualification and wider services through events, presentations, and engagement activities.

Guide partners through relevant accreditation and support processes to strengthen performance and alignment.

Keep education partners informed and prepared for updates to qualifications, services, and product offerings.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Proven experience in business development and relationship management, preferably within the education or training sector.

A strong understanding of the education and skills development landscape.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships up to senior leadership level.

Strong communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Effective networking and influencing skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

A global outlook and experience working in or with international organisations is desirable.
