Social Media Campaign Manager
Are you looking to join an ambitious performance marketing agency working with well-known DTC names in beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle. With a strong focus on creative excellence and data-driven media buying across platforms like Meta and TikTok, this organisation offer a collaborative environment where strategy and storytelling come together to support meaningful brand growth.

This agency is looking to hire a brand new role as Social Media Campaign Manager to take ownership of paid activity across Meta, TikTok, and other key social platforms.
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end campaign execution - from planning and setup through optimisation, reporting, and insight generation - ensuring every ad spend delivers measurable ROI.

You’ll collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, and account leads to test new ideas, scale high-performing campaigns, and support brands in achieving standout results.

Core duties of the Social Media Campaign Manager role will include:
  • Managing the daily campaign set up for your client with a focus on optimisation and reporting across the multiple social media platforms
  • Working to translate concepts and strategies into creative and well structured campaigns
  • Monitoring performance of campaigns and working to achieve set goals and objectives
  • Carrying out A/B testing in multiple spaces to identify winning combinations
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to brief on new concepts and ideas based on performance data
  • Maintaining campaign budgets pace, whilst forecasting across multiple accounts
  • Continuously staying up to date with platform changes, updates, best practices and opportunities

Skills and experience you’ll need for this Social Media Campaign Manager role:
  • 2 – 3 years experience managing paid social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics
  • Strong analytical skills – able to use data to make performance drive changes and decisions
  • An attentive to detail and proactive approach
  • Required:  hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Desired:  TikTok Ads, Pinterest, Google Ads
