Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance the organisation’s brand as a credible, forward-thinking, and purpose-driven business.
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that meet strategic goals and deliver clear ROI.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape marketing direction, providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and regular performance updates.
- Lead and inspire a talented marketing team, creating an environment of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Streamline marketing processes and introduce best practices to enhance effectiveness across all channels.
- Oversee key brand and stakeholder engagement events, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s sponsorship and partnership strategy.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, driving value, transparency, and cost efficiency.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years’ experience in senior marketing roles with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-impact strategies.
- Strong capability in influencing and managing relationships at senior stakeholder level, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to simplify complex ideas and gain buy-in across the organisation.
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Collaborative and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
