We are working with a purpose-led organisation operating across the food, agriculture and sustainability sectors, delivering national programmes focused on public engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a high-profile stakeholder engagement and communications programme.
This role will take ownership of an integrated CRM platform, Knowledge Management System (KMS), communications programme and Community of Practice, ensuring seamless delivery, strong user experience and meaningful engagement across academic, industry, media and influencer audiences.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a high-profile stakeholder engagement and communications programme.
This role will take ownership of an integrated CRM platform, Knowledge Management System (KMS), communications programme and Community of Practice, ensuring seamless delivery, strong user experience and meaningful engagement across academic, industry, media and influencer audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the new CRM platform and stakeholder engagement strategy
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Knowledge Management System (KMS)
- Deliver impactful marketing communications campaigns and content
- Manage digital channels, email marketing and community platforms
- Plan and deliver webinars, training sessions and stakeholder events
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, CRM or marketing communications
- Strong CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
- Proven digital communications and campaign delivery experience
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Interest in food, sustainability, agriculture or purpose-led work
- Purpose-driven role with national impact
- Broad, strategic remit across platforms, CRM and communications
