Job description

A leading Financial Services provider is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the prioritised development of core digital properties and defining and improving customer journeys across all their core digital assets. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of their digital proposition by delivering leading innovative digital products to market. You will lead a team of User Experience, Development and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of end to end Digital Experiences
  • Successfully lead and inspire a highly skilled Digital team to excel in delivering leading experiences.
  • Engage key organisational stakeholders across business functions to define and commercially prioritise a product roadmap.
  • Excel in determining the performance of key journeys and maintain a cadence of continual optimisation.
  • Define insight & technology solutions that help shape product roadmap and work with partners to operationalise them.
  • Work closely with the communications & marketing stakeholders to define Digital propositions and supports across media.
  • Continuous improvement of operational process and efficiency in the delivery new digital developments
  • Manage third party vendors and suppliers.
  • Budget & team management

Required Skills

  • 10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Digital Product Management or eCommerce skills
  • Experience in managing digital initiatives from conceptualisation through delivery and ongoing
  • optimisation.
  • A core understanding of digital development, supporting process and product lifecycles
  • Excellent understanding of Digital KPIs, process & performance reporting and the wider commercial impact of those metrics.
  • Experience of financial or regulated industries is an advantage.
