We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Business Development Managers across Financial Services, Pharma / Life Sciences and the Tech space.
You'll work closely with sector leaders to identify and convert major opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue. These roles will join a wider Commercial Marketing that is in serious growth mode.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the development and delivery of streamlined Business Development processes and procedures across large corporate organisations.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development the successful candidate will
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans aligned with business strategy.
- Drive best-practice account management for priority clients.
- Identify and convert high-value opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
- Manage pipeline, track performance, and report on revenue metrics.
- Build strong relationships across the firm and industry to leverage synergies.
The Ideal candidate will have
- 10+ years of experience in B2B business development, corporate or enterprise account management at a large firm or organisation.
- You will have experience in the Financial Services, Pharma / Life Science or Technology industry ideally.
- Proven track record of driving growth in large accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen, growth orientation, and sales focus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
