Professional Services / Consulting | High-Growth Commercial Team | Dublin (Hybrid, 3 Days in Office)
Our client, a leading professional services and consulting firm, is expanding its Business Development function and is seeking two dynamic Senior Growth & Business Development Managers to drive strategic revenue growth across Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Technology.
These roles sit within the firm’s high-growth Commercial Marketing team, where you’ll work closely with sector leaders to identify, convert, and accelerate high-value opportunities, while strengthening client relationships.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will:

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.

Implement best-practice account management for priority clients.

Identify and convert high-value opportunities through targeted sales efforts.

Manage pipeline, track performance, and report on key revenue metrics.

Build strong relationships across the firm and industry to leverage synergies and unlock new opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate

10+ years’ experience in B2B business development, enterprise account management, or corporate sales within a large organisation.

Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Deep industry expertise in Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, or Technology.

Strong commercial acumen, growth mindset, and sales focus.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and networking skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
