Professional Services / Consulting | High-Growth Commercial Team | Dublin (Hybrid, 3 Days in Office)

Our client, a leading professional services and consulting firm, is expanding its Business Development function and is seeking two dynamic Senior Growth & Business Development Managers to drive strategic revenue growth across Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, and Technology.

These roles sit within the firm’s high-growth Commercial Marketing team, where you’ll work closely with sector leaders to identify, convert, and accelerate high-value opportunities, while strengthening client relationships.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Implement best-practice account management for priority clients.

  • Identify and convert high-value opportunities through targeted sales efforts.

  • Manage pipeline, track performance, and report on key revenue metrics.

  • Build strong relationships across the firm and industry to leverage synergies and unlock new opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B business development, enterprise account management, or corporate sales within a large organisation.

  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

  • Deep industry expertise in Financial Services, Pharma/Life Sciences, or Technology.

  • Strong commercial acumen, growth mindset, and sales focus.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and networking skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
