An experienced project manager is required to join a global organisation based in Dublin 2. This PM will work closely with the content and digital marketing teams globally on various campaigns, events, sponsorships and ad hoc projects reporting into the Head of Content Marketing.


The project management role is key to the success of each campaign and event, bringing all the global teams together and acting as the linking pin.



What you will do:

  • Project management of a number of marketing campaigns; working closely with all the stakeholders involved and ensuring timely execution

· Playing a pivotal role in bringing the global marketing teams on board for each campaign and working closely with them throughout


· Working closely with the content and digital team working on the campaign and event content – websites, videos, infographics etc


· Working with external agencies for some outsourced projects


· Coordinating the content for a number of events throughout the year. You will work closely with the events team in Europe on the execution of each one


· Management and coordination of industry sponsorships and initiatives – gathering of content, coordination of speakers and delegates and main liaison with the organising entity


· Other ad hoc marketing projects aligned with the overall goals of the marketing team



What you need to do the job:

· Strong track record in successfully & independently leading projects within a marketing team, or similar

· 5 plus years project management experience

· Excellent coordinator and very organized as multiple projects and tasks will take place simultaneously

· Keen attention to detail

· Strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to build relationships

· Excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels of the organisation

· Ability to self-direct, work independently and proactively 

· Marketing qualification a plus
