Marketing Specialist Lead
Full-time | Reporting to the Group Marketing Director | Hybrid
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist Lead to take ownership of a dynamic marketing programme for a well-established B2B brand. Sitting within a wider Marketing team of 10, this role leads the day-to-day delivery of the marketing plan and supports the development of junior team members. The role offers a wide variety of work across digital, content, trade marketing, events, and customer engagement channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the brand marketing plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Technical, Training, etc.) and the central Marketing Team.

Manage trade marketing activities and advertising schedules.

Own brand communications across digital and offline channels.

Liaise with research partners and support insight gathering, including customer field time.

Oversee website updates and manage relationships with the web and app agencies.

Take ownership of the customer loyalty app – including day-to-day management, customer engagement, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.

Manage the production of point-of-sale and display materials, working with suppliers to ensure quality and timelines.

Oversee the brand’s social media presence – developing content strategies and managing content calendars.

Create high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) supported by the creative team.

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social and digital platforms.

Coordinate mid-funnel content including case studies, brochures, and campaign copy.

Ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Lead event planning and execution, including trade events and brand activations.

Monitor marketing ROI and compile reports and dashboards.

Source branded merchandise and manage associated budgets and stock levels.

Manage email campaigns, database segmentation, and scheduling using HubSpot (or similar platform).

Coordinate QR code usage and customer data capture for marketing activities.
About You
-
4+ years’ experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in a product, retail, or trade environment.

Proven experience managing direct reports, budgets, and external suppliers.

Third-level or post-graduate qualification in Marketing or a related field.

Excellent communicator who can manage internal relationships and external vendors with confidence.

Strong project management and multitasking skills able to prioritise and drive progress across multiple workstreams.

Creative eye and passion for engaging visual content, with the ability to shoot and edit short-form videos.

Familiarity with digital tools such as HubSpot, SharePoint, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Monday.com a plus.

Self-starter who can take ownership of projects and lead with initiative.
