Marketing Manager required for leading consumer goods organisation based in Dublin South. This is the ideal role for a passionate B2C marketer with extensive experience in digital marketing strategies.

You will be based onsite in Sandyford 3 days per week, with one day working remotely. You will work with a team of 4 and have one direct report.
You will have previous experience working with a leading global consumer brand and be passionate about developing and executing effective CRM strategies, sponsorship initiatives and media campaigns. If you are an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure, this could be the perfect role for you!

You are someone who is creative and able to think outside of the box in order to come up with innovative solutions to achieve goals. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing promotional campaigns across all channels. You will also be expected to develop relationships with key stakeholders and analyse data in order to make informed decisions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience plus in a similar role in a b2c environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering results
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies, sponsorship initiatives, media campaigns
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
