Role Overview
As the Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the Funtasia experience and drive business growth. You will leverage your marketing expertise to create engaging content, deliver impactful campaigns, and utilise data to optimise performance across all marketing channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and deployment of comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing content creation, digital marketing, traditional marketing, and event promotion.
  • Drive Digital Marketing Performance: Own the measurement and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns (Search Advertising, Social Media Advertising), affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Optimise Marketing ROI: Regularly review and analyse all advertising campaigns to ensure a positive return on ad spend, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness.
  • Analyse and Report on Marketing Performance: Drive data-driven insights to understand and track performance across all campaigns and digital channels, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Enhance Website Experience: Administer website content, including updates, landing page creation, and other projects to improve user experience and drive conversions.
  • Lead Email Marketing Initiatives: Plan, develop, and execute automated email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Leverage Digital Analytics: Review analytics for all digital channels, evaluate effectiveness, and act on insights to optimize performance.
  • Contribute to Group Sales Strategy: Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of the annual group sales plan, collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Build Hotel Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key hotel partners to improve hotel package sales opportunities.
  • Manage Media Planning: Oversee media planning and buying across traditional and digital channels, ensuring effective allocation of budget and maximising reach.
  • Support Product Development: Contribute significantly to the process to identify, develop, and promote new products, including new exhibit concepts, events, limited time offerings, and up-sell opportunities.
  • Influence Guest Experience Strategy: Play a key role in the development of the strategic plan for the guest experience, ensuring marketing efforts align with overall customer satisfaction goals.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on campaign development and digital marketing.
  • Commercial experience managing WordPress websites or similar.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in family event attractions, hotels, museums, or sports franchises is an advantage.
