We’re partnering with a global organisation in the consumer goods space that’s hiring an experienced and strategic Global Consumer Insights and Innovation Business Partner to join their international team.
In this high-impact role, you'll lead the development and application of consumer and market insights to shape innovation strategies, fuel new product pipelines, and inform go-to-market decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, and commercial stakeholders, with your recommendations directly influencing the future product portfolio across multiple global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead Consumer & Market Research: Identify emerging behaviours, trends, and needs to drive innovation and category growth. Translate findings into actionable opportunities.
  • Shape Innovation Strategy: Guide product and concept testing at each stage of the pipeline, setting KPIs and assessing post-launch performance.
  • Collaborate with Global Teams: Work cross-functionally with innovation, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure insights are embedded in decision-making.
  • Engage at Leadership Level: Deliver compelling, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Leverage Advanced Analytics: Use predictive and behavioural analytics to uncover trends and inform future direction.
  • Act as a Thought Leader: Represent the organisation at external events and build relationships with research agencies and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Scale Best-In-Class Methodologies: Support global adoption of insight-led approaches across teams and regions.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A Master’s or MBA in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in consumer insights or market research within FMCG or CPG industries.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and launching new products based on consumer-led thinking.
  • Advanced knowledge of insight tools and methods (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, conjoint, ethnography, sensory).
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills – comfortable influencing at a senior level.
  • Experience working across markets and leading cross-functional teams.
