In this role, you'll play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and maximize campaign reach and impact. You'll also be responsible for managing a busy events calendar, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and building relationships with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns (direct mail, digital, PR, media partnerships)
• Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Manage and oversee a busy events calendar (driving required)
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Design collateral for events and corporate partnerships
• Build and maintain relationships with external service providers
• Assist with budgeting and support the Head of Marketing in achieving strategic goals
• Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and regulations
• Collaborate with third-party agencies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign analytics and reporting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with event planning a plus
