I have a great opportunity for a Marketing Director to manage the global brand & marketing strategy for this Irish business with a large Global footprint.

The Marketing Director oversees and has responsibility for all global strategic and tactical marketing, brand, digital, communications, creative and ESG/CSR/sustainability aspects of the business. The role carries ultimate authority over and responsibility for the protection and development of the brand at a global level.

We are looking for a passionate brand leader and a decision maker responsible for crafting and executing a world class marketing strategy and overall look, feel and creative direction for the business. Creative and focused with excellent commercial acumen, who infuses creative direction and vision, from concept through to execution combined with practical and commercial consideration.

For this position we are looking for someone with:

• At least 15-20 years’ experience within senior marketing roles.
• Global experience
• Budget management experience for over 1million per annum
• Experience working within retail, luxury goods or lifestyle industries in marketing positions.
• Team management experience, ideally with experience in building, retaining and developing large, high performing teams.
