Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager
Company: Leading Irish Organisation
Location: Dublin, Ireland

Our client, a leading Irish organisation, are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to join their business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, producing creative content for web and digital platforms, and defining and commissioning research.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy, the ideal candidate should have 6 – 7 years experience in a broad marketing role, you will have a passion for PR and communications as well as key storytelling skills.
This is a hybrid role, based in the office, Dublin city centre, 2 days per week with flexibility to work remotely outside of this.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand the key business objectives and provide strategic marketing support

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns from briefing through to implementation

  • Brief internal and external marketing functions to translate complex technical and business challenges into effective messaging for external audiences and customers

  • Produce creative content for web and digital platforms

  • Define and commission research in partnership with th Marketing & Customer Insights Team

  • Manage and report on marketing budgets across different projects


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing or communications

  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns

  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
