Our client a leading a market leading FMCG organisation with an office in Dublin West is currently looking to recruit for an experienced Head of Marketing to join one of their rapidly expanding business units.

Responsibilities:
As Head of Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that are aligned with business objectives

  • Managing brand positioning across all channels

  • Analysing market trends and making strategic decisions based on insights

  • Ensuring marketing campaigns are effective and meeting targets

  • Developing new product concepts and managing their launch through market testing

  • Managing external agencies to ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets 


Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in a senior marketing position within an FMCG environment

  • A proven track record in leading a small team

  • Excellent analytical skills with strong knowledge of market trends & insights 

  • Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies with measurable results

  • A creative mindset with experience in new product development & innovation initiatives 


Based in a large state of the art office in Dublin West this marketing team meet twice weekly and work remotely the remainder of the time. Some travel to the UK will be required but is limited.

This role is being offered on a 12 month contract basis, the ideal applicant would be available to start in mid April 2023
