Digital Project Manager
Our client a leading global asset manager are currently looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join their Dublin based global digital marketing team. Reporting to the head of Digital Marketing the successful candidate will support the digital transformation across this global business.

This company offer a hybrid approach to work with 2 – 3 days onsite in Dublin City Centre and 2 – 3 days remote.

This role is being offered on a 6 month basis initially but may extend.

Day to day duties include 

• Coordinate the migration of our sales intranet into the new IT system

• Support the websites migration following the development of our new CMS roadmap and the launch of new website.

• Coordinate the project related to improve our content creation process and updates, by using data and desk automation

• Participate to the project of migration of our CRM Database and emailing tools

• Build the process to automate our different sources and measure our content/campaigns projects

• Implement metrics to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Emailing, videos, websites, social medias etc.), and assess against our goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Support the content management and technical maintenance of our website

• Support the team during Campaigns with Digital Content Management or local Technical support on websites

Requirements –

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field

• A strong track record of working with digital projects. 

• Strong project management skills and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders

• Working knowledge of Project Management tools

• Experience working with international and virtual teams

• Knowledge of Analytics tools/reporting

• Experience working with Websites Content Management

• Strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to build relationships
