Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading global insurer is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and engagement across various online channels.

Based in Dublin 2, you will be onsite 2 days per week and can work remote outside of this, this role is being offered as a 1 year contract initially.

Day to day duties include -
  • Develop and manage our comprehensive digital marketing strategy, shaping the online journey for target audiences (b2b2c)
  • Become a social media maestro – you'll create and manage content that builds brand awareness and establishes our unique personality across platforms.
  • Partner with product teams to design engaging digital campaigns that educate and convert leads.
  • Be the website guru – conducting keyword research, optimizing SEO, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Craft targeted email campaigns and manage digital customer communications.
  • Manage our CRM database, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Develop webinars and videos for both internal and external audiences as part of our seminar series.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to bring our overall marketing strategy to life.
  • Build strong relationships with the organisation’s digital team and local media/creative agencies.
  • Generate insightful reports on social media activity and monthly Google Analytics data.
  • Champion the rollout of new digital projects and manage various software platforms.
  • Minimum 5 - 6 years plus of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, content marketing principles, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and generate data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content.
  • A passion for brand storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging digital experiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating effectively across teams.
