Customer Insights Manager
Alternatives is delighted to partner with a leading Irish homegrown brand. With over 40 years in business this company is synonymous with offering excellent customer experiences.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Insight Manager, this is a stand alone role partnering with the broader digital marketing team and reporting into the head of operations.
Based in South Dublin the team is operating a hybrid approach to work with 2/3 days in the office 2 from home. Parking is available on site.
Day to day duties include
Develop and manager CX strategy for all parts of the business, this includes both customer and employee experience.
Own and deliver on qualitative and quantitative reach and analysis
Partner with third party stakeholders, manage agencies relationships etc.
Be the advocate of CX and EX strategy for the business,
Drive and delivery on change management
Partner with Marketing team on the development of branding strategies.
Develop best in practice tools and technology for use across the business.
The ideal applicant will have
5 years plus experience in Marketing, Research, CX, Customer Success or similar
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively and deliver results to senior leaders.
Strong experience of qualitative and quantitative customer research and survey tools.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
