Job description

Digital and Communications Manager required for leading Consumer Brand.

Joining a large B2B channel team the ideal applicant should have 5 years’ plus experience in Digital Communications, Campaign Management and Client / Customer Communications across the B2B or B2C space.
 

Reporting to the head of Customer Success, day to day duties include

  • Managing all Client / Customer Communications
  • Development of annual Customer Communications Strategy and Plan
  • Supporting new product development, customer insight and sales ream in building customer plans and translating customer surveys and insights into compelling marketing programmes
  • Leading the development of new digital support solutions to add value to the customer journey, while allowing easier internal and external communications
  • Creation and management of content for digital resources

 

The ideal applicant will have

  • 5 years’ plus experience in a digital marketing
  • You will have a BA in Business or Marketing or similar with a proven track record in utilising a range of digital and social channels / platforms
  • You will enjoy creating exciting content as well as working with and understanding how data and customer insights can support and drive decision making
  • You will be creative, curious and want to work in a fast paced, highly rewarding environment with a global leading brand
