We are currently recruiting a Client Activation Executive to join an established organisation in the FMCG sector. You will be part of a larger marketing team with a hybrid model of work with offices in Southwest Dublin.

The primary purpose of the role is to own the customer activation plan for co-packing requirements. To work across brands and develop a list of priorities. To work closely with the Commercial Planners & Business Managers to prioritise key activations and campaigns which drive the interests of the business with the customer timelines and expectations.

 

What you will do:

  • Own activation plan for the year – collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver
  • Drive the execution of trade plans. Becoming an expert in the Activation team of those accounts, build excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Sell in Campaign Activation & NPD /EPD Launches
  • Trade Marketing Activation (in store campaigns/CRM)
  • Help develop Annual Customer Plans
  • Project Manage Copack Requirements
  • POS Development and activation
  • Product Set Up – Customer and Sampling & Event Management
  • Partner brand & Supplier Planning – Customer Activation
  • Community Management of social media channels and brand mailboxes

 

What you need to do the job:

  • A third level qualification in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience, a marketing / digital / branding role
  • A passion for digital marketing and customer insights
  • Highly organised and able to manage projects
  • Experience on working with and briefing agencies
  • Highly organised & able to apply yourself to new activities and tasks
  • Good presentation skills
  • Previous exposure to customer events and activation desirable
  • Some experience in kit /POS/Tool development desirable
