Brand Manager- FMCG

A new position is available for a Brand Manager in the FMCG sector. Alternatives is partnering with an international beverages company to find Marketing Professionals keen to become a brand champion for one of the key products in their drinks portfolio.

This position is a hybrid-working role with the company’s main office in Dublin City Centre.

The position will involve:

• Closely collaborating with the Senior Brand Manager to develop a marketing and communications strategy for the brand
• Creative use of consumer behaviour data to help inform the commercial strategy for the brand and develop its market share
• Helping to define work scope requirements and strategies that set the brand up for future growth and success against defined KPIs
• Contribution to the BTL and TTL marketing strategies in conjunction with the management team for those areas
• Delivering reports on market performance
• Act as a brand ambassador to collaborate with the On-Trade and Off-Trade teams to support the marketing of your brand

What background might suit this role?

• A confident Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager with about 5-8 years’ experience, ideally within FMCG or alcohol and beverages industry
• Marketing experience in either (or both) the On-Trade and Off-Trade sides
• A third level qualification in Marketing would be a considerable advantage
• Experience using Consumer Insights to develop the strategy for a brand
