B2B Marketing Manager
Alternatives is partnering delighted to partner with a rapidly expanding insurance firm based in South Dublin.
They are scaling quickly and offering a rare opportunity to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial business at an exciting stage of growth.
Due to this growth they are currently seeking to hire a B2B Marketing Manager to drive partner and broker marketing. You will support co-branded campaigns, create best-in-class sales tools, and deliver marketing activation across B2B2C channels. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong collaboration across Commercial, Product, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver go-to-market plans for provider, broker, and corporate channels

Build marketing toolkits: brochures, explainer decks, digital assets

Develop onboarding and engagement content for partners

Create channel-specific messaging and co-branded materials

Plan and deliver trade events, webinars, and campaigns

Track campaign performance and competitor activity

Support internal training and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ B2B marketing experience (insurance/FS ideal)

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Excellent copywriting and presentation abilities

Experience producing digital and print sales tools

CRM/CMS familiarity and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

A proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
