B2B Marketing Manager

Our client a leading marketing agency based in the South West of Ireland is looking to recruit an experienced marketer to join their team.
The ideal applicant should have 4 – 5 years plus experience in digital and creative marketing, prior agency experience is ideal, as is experience in the b2b landscape.

Joining this small team the successful candidate will be responsible for

• Managing client accounts from proposal stage through to delivery

• Planning, activation and optimisation of high-performance marketing tactics

• Project management; creating briefs and timelines, scheduling work, managing production, managing budgets etc

• Leading Junior team members

• Demonstrate high ability of skill in using marketing platforms and technologies such as Salesforce,.

• Monitor and report on tactics and results

• Compile monthly reports for clients, using Google Analytics/ GA4 and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn. Analyse the data and produce actionable insights which identify opportunities to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5 +  years’ marketing experience, prior experience in the b2b space is highly advantageous

• Digital campaign experience is also essential

• You will be a proactive professional with a proven track record in managing stakeholders

• Strong project planning and management experience
