Product Development Manager

Product Development Manager – 12 Month Contract (FTC) Location: Dublin 2 - Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join a forward-thinking Product Development & Innovation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across the full product lifecycle and will report into the Head of Product Development & Innovation. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to make a real contribution to shaping the future of an established cross-border product range. About the Team The Product Development & Innovation team drives the design, development, and optimisation of investment products across international markets. The team is responsible for: Full product lifecycle management (idea generation, design, development, monitoring, reshaping, and retirement). Defining product concepts, unique selling points, and range analysis. Collaborating with colleagues across Product, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations, and Legal to deliver an innovative, client-centric product suite. The Role As Product Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing the existing product range to ensure it meets client needs, aligns with distribution priorities, and remains competitive. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to product innovation projects that shape the future of the business. You will work closely with colleagues in Product Implementation and other cross-functional teams to ensure new and existing products are delivered and managed effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and support initiatives for new product development and enhancement of existing product ranges. Contribute to product innovation, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table. Prepare documentation such as product specifications, proposals, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to analyse industry trends and identify new opportunities. Support product line management, including fund launches, reshapes, mergers, and closures. Work on strategic projects that span multiple business areas. Act as a subject matter expert on the product line-up across different client segments. Skills & Experience 5–10 years’ experience in product development, product management, or a similar role. Strong interest in finance, investment products, and asset management. Proven track record of driving product innovation and delivering successful outcomes. Analytical thinker with a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently when required. Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline. Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the Irish marketing function. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is a high-impact role for a commercially focused and ambitious marketing professional who is ready to step into a leadership position. Following a shift to a global shared services model, this role will act as the local marketing lead, ensuring the Irish market is fully supported with tailored, high-performing campaigns and brand assets across both B2B and B2C channels. Day to day duties - Lead qualitative research projects exploring public attitudes and behaviours toward energy and climate initiatives. Apply a wide range of qualitative methods such as interviews, focus groups, and thematic analysis Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform government policy and programme design. Mentor junior team members and contribute to building qualitative capability within the organisation.
