Digital Marketing Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist – South Dublin Based in South Dublin, our client, a leading brand who has been operating in Ireland for over 40 years, is looking to find a dynamic, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a 12 month contract. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will have a background in digital marketing, and will have your finger on the pulse of the latest and emerging trends and nuances shaping the industry. About the role: Heavily involved in all aspects of creative development for all paid campaign assets, ensuring optimal campaign performance Focusing on achieving maximum traffic and conversion rates for all sponsored activities Building out the paid promotions and sponsored digital strategies to ensure optimal value from PPC and SEM activity Taking ownership of media strategy, development, implementation and optimisation across multiple media channels to successfully manage full funnel media campaigns Ensuring all digital output is compliant, accurate, and in adherence to company, regulatory and legal requirements Implementing, testing and optimising campaign website landing experience, to ensure optimal KPI performance Post-campaign reporting, revision and refinement   Providing digital marketing support across the business, to educate and assist in optimising digital performance Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage and improve the mobile app operating and performance Tracking, reporting on, and analysing non-organic, off-site performance and activity The experience and qualifications you will need to be their Digital Marketing Specialist: A degree in Marketing, or a relevant Digital Marketing qualification Ideally 4+ years’ working within a corporate environment in a Digital Marketing capacity Experience in a Financial Services or regulated industry would be advantageous Experience using Google Adwords and Google Analytics Desirable: Google Certification Proven, and excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask whilst working with excellent attention to detail What’s on offer: Salary: circa €60,000 Hybrid work option Benefits included (Pension, Healthcare, and many others) Opportunities for further training and development A well curated culture based around diversity, inclusion and team spirit What’s Next? Product Development Manager

Product Development Manager – 12 Month Contract (FTC) Location: Dublin 2 - Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join a forward-thinking Product Development & Innovation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across the full product lifecycle and will report into the Head of Product Development & Innovation. This is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential to make a real contribution to shaping the future of an established cross-border product range. About the Team The Product Development & Innovation team drives the design, development, and optimisation of investment products across international markets. The team is responsible for: Full product lifecycle management (idea generation, design, development, monitoring, reshaping, and retirement). Defining product concepts, unique selling points, and range analysis. Collaborating with colleagues across Product, Marketing, Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations, and Legal to deliver an innovative, client-centric product suite. The Role As Product Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing the existing product range to ensure it meets client needs, aligns with distribution priorities, and remains competitive. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to product innovation projects that shape the future of the business. You will work closely with colleagues in Product Implementation and other cross-functional teams to ensure new and existing products are delivered and managed effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and support initiatives for new product development and enhancement of existing product ranges. Contribute to product innovation, bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the table. Prepare documentation such as product specifications, proposals, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to analyse industry trends and identify new opportunities. Support product line management, including fund launches, reshapes, mergers, and closures. Work on strategic projects that span multiple business areas. Act as a subject matter expert on the product line-up across different client segments. Skills & Experience 5–10 years’ experience in product development, product management, or a similar role. Strong interest in finance, investment products, and asset management. Proven track record of driving product innovation and delivering successful outcomes. Analytical thinker with a creative and flexible approach to problem-solving. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently when required. Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline. Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
