Our client, a national organisation focused on driving positive societal and environmental change, is seeking an experienced Digital and Social Media Manager to join their Communications team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful digital campaigns that engage audiences, build trust, and support long-term strategic objectives. As Digital and Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation’s social and digital presence, leading strategy, content, and performance across multiple platforms. This role combines creative storytelling with data-led decision-making, offering the chance to make a real impact within a purpose-driven organisation. Core duties of the Digital and Social Media Manager will include: Shaping and delivering a cohesive social media and digital content approach that supports broader organisational goals Planning and managing a structured content pipeline, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across all key platforms Translating wider campaigns and initiatives into engaging, platform-specific content formats including video, short-form content, and storytelling assets Overseeing day-to-day channel activity, ensuring timely publishing and a consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints Building and nurturing online communities through active engagement, responding to queries, and fostering meaningful audience interaction Monitoring audience sentiment and identifying emerging trends, risks, or opportunities to inform content direction Managing and supporting a junior team member, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities Collaborating with external partners and agencies to deliver paid social activity and maximise campaign reach and performance Supporting influencer and content creator collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and organisational values Analysing channel performance and campaign effectiveness, using insights to refine strategy and improve engagement and reach Exploring new tools, formats, and digital trends to continuously enhance content effectiveness and innovation Skills and experience you will need for the Digital and Social Media Manager role: Minimum 4 years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role, managing multiple platforms and audience segments Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field Strong understanding of the social media landscape and evolving digital trends Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a strong creative eye Experience creating or editing short-form video and visual content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights Experience using social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar) Desirable experience: Experience within a public sector, sustainability, or purpose-driven organisation Exposure to paid social campaigns and working with external media or creative agencies What’s on offer: Salary:  €47,000 - €50,000 Hybrid working model Central Dublin City location Opportunity to work within a purpose-led organisation making a real societal impact Collaborative and innovative team environment Strong focus on professional development and continuous learning What’s next? Communications & PR Manager Our client a leading advisory firm is seeking an experienced Marcoms & PR Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand development and communications across the Irish business. This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for driving marketing performance across multiple divisions, delivering integrated campaigns, managing media relationships and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all client touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing strategies across the business. Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels. Track marketing performance, web traffic and lead generation, reporting on ROI and key insights. Manage CRM activity including events, email campaigns and client engagement initiatives. Manage and forecast the marketing budget. Digital & Social Lead content and advertising strategy across social platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn. Oversee paid social campaigns and performance analytics. Support website content, SEO and digital optimisation. Brand & Communications Ensure high-quality marketing materials including pitch decks, presentations and tender documents. Manage internal and external communications including newsletters, PR and stakeholder messaging. Maintain brand consistency across all communications and client-facing materials. PR & Partnerships Support the distribution of market insights and research reports across marketing channels. Manage relationships with media partners and external marketing suppliers. Collaborate with strategic partners to align marketing initiatives and communications. About You Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications or related discipline. 8+ years’ experience in a marketing, brand or communications role. Strong experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns. Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and ROI. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience within, professional services, real estate or financial services or a similar sector would be advantageous.
