A leading telecommunications business based in South Dublin are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to join their successful & missions critical operations team. You'll drive oversight & management of Technology as well as CHANGE programmes. 

You’ll be responsible for delivering best in class relationships and outsourced technology ops as well as partner and suppliers on a technical level. Driving best in class customer satisfaction and winning service improvement - you are a major member of the team in insuring issues are resolved. 

This is a hugely exciting time to join the business as they are creating and building a technology department with significant scale-ability 

To be considered for this role you will need to be:

• Technically qualified
• Hold telcos experience
• A good understanding of mobile devices / technologies
• Understanding of billing systems, rating & charging 
• BSS/OSS experience (business + ops support systems)
• MNVO exposure would be desirable
• Ability to produce winning OLAs and strong project management skills
