Social Acquisition, CRM & Conversion Account Manager will be responsible for the creation, optimization and analysis of acquisition, conversion and CRM campaigns on various Social Media platforms, primarily on Facebook and Twitter all in accordance with Group guidelines and instructions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Set up, manage and optimize acquisition, conversion and CRM advertising campaigns on Facebook and Twitter on a daily basis in accordance with Group guidelines

·         Propose acquisition and conversion offers, landing pages, creative and copy material

·         Work with CRM and Promotion team on targeted campaigns for re-engaging existing userbase

·         Provide insights, campaign analysis and reports for all funnel stages to the Group

·         Interacting with both CRM and acquisition teams, explore conversion options, attribution and retargeting opportunities and propose solutions

·         Scale the Brand’s activity on Social Media channels via proven ROI and report to the Group

Skills and Capabilities Essential:

·         Perfect English and grammar

·         Must be proactive, able to find creative solutions to complex problems

·         Experienced in initiating and leading  online marketing campaigns

·         2+ Years of direct PPC/SEM campaign optimization and analysis

·         Data oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Exceptional Excel Skills, proficiency with Powerpoint and Word

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         The ability to think creatively and act decisively while using data to support your arguments

·         6 month contractor position

Desirable:

·         Experience in Social media (Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin) and Mobile Advertising is a plus but not requirement

·         Russian or Portuguese – an advantage
