My Client is looking for a Services Engagement Manager that will be responsible for the overall operations of Services in EMEA. This is a key role in our Services team working closely with clients, sales, consultants, and the finance and legal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. This candidate will be primarily responsible for project staffing and resource scheduling on a broad range of consulting engagements across EMEA while assisting to develop and implement best practices for our growing Services team. This role will report to the Director of Consulting Services.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project staffing and resource scheduling on a broad range of consulting engagements
• Collaborate with Sales to provide expertise for client calls and meetings, help estimate projects and create client ready proposals
• Interact closely with clients for delivery of services purchased
• Ensure team utilization targets are met
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and referenceability
• Develop and implement best practices that can continually enhance the Clients Services
• Manage and assist reporting to track performance of overall Services business and individual consultants
• Assist hiring, growing, and retaining consultants to be wholly focused on our customers’ success

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of managing operations for fast growing teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication is required
• Passion for technology
• Previous experience in customer success roles or consulting is a plus
