Alternatives is partnering with one of the fastest growing global technology companies in the areas of software as a service. A Senior Marketing Manager with experience is demand generation is required to join the marketing team on a full-time permanent basis.
Dublin based; this position can be worked fully remote.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns to expand our market reach, create demand and drive pipeline for sales and achieve company revenue goals
- Manage campaign planning and determine targeting and messaging to drive net-new leads and nurture existing leads
- Own the execution and measurement of campaigns and their contribution to sales and revenue goals
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
- Leverage a broad mix of marketing programs to generate demand including PPC, retargeting, paid and organic social, content syndication, events, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Managing key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls to-action, and lead-generating forms
- You’ll be a key link between the marketing and sales team in order to be constantly synching up with joint strategy
- Work with the content marketing and sales teams to develop and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
- Analyse campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps
- Provide regular reporting of progress, results, and pipeline
What you need to do the job:
- 5+ years B2B demand generation marketing, SaaS experience preferred
- Big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to detail – ability to quickly understand overall business objectives, create a well-aligned demand generation strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs
- Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance
- Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Self-starter who can think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with rapid change
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and passion to learn
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
