I have a great opportunity for  a Salesforce CRM Expert to join one of Ireland's largest businesses in a full time permanent position.

This is a B2B position where you'll be working closely with the rest of the business to deliver solutions and campaigns that will enhance heir clients experience and drive business development.
You will be the subject matter expert for all Salesforce CRM functionality, adoption and overall CRM strategy.  This would suit someone who would like to work in a strategic way; presenting to a senior leadership team.

What you'll be doing... 
  • Design and develop strategies and plans:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of a customer relationship strategy  that includes but is not limited to the retention and acquisition of clients, contact frequency, client journeys and database segmentation for targeted campaigns. 
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions in relation to functionality, business processes and practices. 
  • This includes strategic planning, building, testing and implementing processes and reporting.
  • Develops the business case for proposed business initiatives, including expected business benefits, cost analysis, gap and risk analysis, alternative options considered and final recommendation.
  • Presents recommendation to senior business leaders
  • Collaborate with partners and business stakeholders in shaping solutions through implementing changes in strategy, business processes, and technology.

Experience required:
  • Demonstrable experience in CRM strategy and planning
  • A minimum of 5 years experience including at least 2-3 years in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud CRM systems 
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred) 
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator (preferred) 
  • Experience in data analytics platforms connected to Salesforce would be preferred such as Einstein Analytics.
  • Experience in presenting, delivering training to a wide range of audiences  
Salary on offer is 60-65k Plus nice package and working environment.
