Proposition Design Manager

I am looking for an experienced Proposition Design Manager who is experienced in creating world class propositions that are addressing key needs for the customer and the company.

You will work closely with the Customer experience team to ensure that these propositions get built and operationalised; navigating a large organisation and working closely with the product, advocacy and brand teams so being able to work cross functionally with be key to this role.

Your profile…

To be successful for this role you will have to show:

• A primary degree & or Post Grad in Business or Marketing or relevant experience that can demonstrate an intuitive understanding of proposition design (5 years +).
• Strong track record in developing customer first strategies with examples of leading the delivery to market.
• Strong track record in influencing & presenting to senior stakeholders (Leadership Team level).
• Project Management experience would be an advantage.
• Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
