Are you a seasoned marketer with 5 years of experience in proposition ideation, design, and development? Our client a leading international utilities organisation are looking for a Proposition Manager to join their Consumer Marketing Team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable and profitable acquisition for consumer markets.

Based in Sandyford you will work a hybrid week, 2 – 3 days on site and the rest remote. You will join a team of 12 and have previous experience operating at a managerial level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and tailoring of new/existing propositions to meet customer needs

  • Own the choice of locations for marketing activities and roll-out strategy

  • Coordinate inputs across networks, customer proposition, strategy execution, and more

  • Manage delivery timelines and troubleshoot performance issues

  • Support in securing approvals through relevant governance processes

  • Drive commercial success, acting as the Consumer Segment point of contact for third-party relationships

  • Regularly report performance and contribute to best practice adoption within the organization


  • 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on proposition ideation

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to deliver under pressure

  • Degree level education or compensating work experience

  • Utility / telecom industry experience is a plus

  • Solid communication and presentation skills

  • Project planning and organizational skills
